I understand that life sometimes happen... And please know, your continued, loyal patronage of my business is sooo greatly appreciated and helps support my family! However, I have now implemented a 20% missed appointment fee for any no call/no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you would like to be rescheduled after missing (3) scheduled appointments, I will require a deposit be made for future reservations.
